Lt. Whitney Merket

Received her Basic Peace Officer License in 2011 from the Victoria College Law Enforcement Academy and began her career with the Snyder Police Department; She comes to Sonora with her Advanced Peace Officer License and11 years of patrol and investigations experience.

Lt. Whitney joined the Sonora Police Department June of 2022 and has held titles of Patrol Officer, Sergeant and now Lieutenant.
